Selection process

At CAF, the talent attraction team manages the selection process, ensuring diversity and inclusion. Our goal is to guarantee equal opportunities and promote an inclusive culture throughout the organisation.

Our selection process includes four steps, which may differ depending on the country or business:

The talent attraction team will carefully review your application to ensure organisational fit. You will receive an email or call from the team confirming your status in the selection process.

If your profile matches, you will have a preliminary conversation with talent attraction to learn more about your professional skills, your motivation for joining CAF and to explain the position you are applying for.

Your application will continue with a round of interviews with the relevant department to confirm your technical fit for the position and our organisational culture.

After reference checks and competency tests, a decision will be made, and if successful, you will receive an email or call with an offer.
