Rail Systems

CAF’s Integrated Project Model is based on optimising each of the three EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) pillars, allowing us to design, supply, and integrate different project subsystems in a cross-cutting process.

We adhere to the most demanding management standards, applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) to track the entire project lifecycle in real time. This reduces design and execution errors and enhances work quality.

Structuring investment projects

 

 

CAF works closely with clients to create financial structures that add value, improving risk management, efficiency, and project quality. We participate as investors in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes, providing private capital.

We are experts in financing and structuring railway projects, including concessions, financial and operational leasing, and project finance schemes. We promote operations in the PPP sector and projects requiring financial structuring associated with investment, such as concessions and government franchises.

PPP projects offer several advantages for public administrations, including cost deferral, alignment of payments with benefits, efficient risk transfer, and the potential for innovation through a comprehensive lifecycle approach.

e-Bus Infraestructures

Electromobility offers a real opportunity to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. As cities move towards a zero-emissions future, we are designing and developing the necessary e-bus and e-BRT infrastructures to achieve this goal.
